REI 60 - REI 120 fire doors

ATI Dainese fire doors, with one or two leaves, are REI 120 and REI 60 certified, according to Italian UNI 9723 standards. REI doors consist of a frame in “Z” shaped pressed galvanised steel profile 15/10 mm thick, and door leaf flush with the frame made of double galvanised steel sheet packed with high density insulating material. The hinges are made of steel with double ball bearings. The closing mechanism is spring-loaded, inserted in the adjustable hinges and invisible from the outside, while a hinge bolt is fitted between the two hinges. The door is equipped with a fireproof lock complete with cylinder and keys. On the secondary leaf, there is a self-locking latch with lever handle. The handle is made of black PVC with steel core, U-shaped against accidental snagging and there is an intumescent gasket on the frame. Finishing is with epoxy-polyester powder coating, embossed according to our standard. The leaf rebate is 19 mm deep to limit the risk of injury in the event of a collision with people.

Fire doors

A.T.I. Dainese produces and sells sliding fire doors. REI 120 fire doors, sliding with one or two leaves, are approved according to UNI 9723 standards and the new CE marking, and are made of panels of pressed steel sheet, electro-welded and packed internally with high-density insulation.

The doors do not use floor guides, as verticality is maintained by a lower guide roller. Sliding is smooth thanks to wheels on double ball bearings and they are fitted with a counterweight self-closing device, operated by a fusible link. They are supplied with end-of-travel shock absorbers with spring-loaded rubber buffer, plus continuous shock absorber. Epoxy-polyester powder primer coating.

Fire doors are classified according to their fire resistance capacity expressed in minutes (REI 60, REI 120).
